Partner with Us: Power Innovation
and Talent Pipelines

We partner with industry-leading companies, local organizations, universities and colleges, and accelerators/incubators to strategically develop projects, events, and talent for the digital world.
Being a center for tech talent, we love hosting and welcoming guests to our campus. We connect real-world developers and CTOs with a pool of talented developers year-round.
Here in Silicon Valley, we strive to build an innovative and engaging tech community as well as one that reaches a diverse student population through partnerships. Typically we work with:

Companies

From startups to S&P 500 Companies, we’re connected to all sorts here in the Bay Area. Our goal is to deliver talented and creative developers to a digital world in need of quality talent. Further, we love hosting developers and presenters with years of knowledge and experience in their respective fields and companies. Our portfolio of events and projects allows companies to connect with our students while exposing our students to networks and technical know-how.

Organizations

Community is a big part of 42, and we’re involved in the local and tech community here in the Bay Area. From youth organizations to developer meetup groups to incubators and accelerators, our partnerships help the wider community, open doors to advancement for low income students, foster innovation and business development, and help folks enjoy the world of coding.

Universities, Colleges, & Labs

From startups to S&P 500 Companies, we’re connected to all sorts here in the Bay Area. Our goal is to deliver talented and creative developers to a digital world in need of quality talent. Further, we love hosting developers and presenters with years of knowledge and experience in their respective fields and companies. Our portfolio of events and projects allows companies to connect with our students while exposing our students to networks and technical know-how.

Conferences and Meet-Ups

A simple way to reach out to our students is to host a mini-conference or meet-up on campus around a particular subject. We’re looking for innovative and exotic subjects that will excite our students, provide them with feedback, and share with them a vision of industry trends. We also host meetups on future technologies.

Hackathon and Rushes

Students and staff as well as individuals from neighboring companies and organizations are invited to bring some of their ideas face-to-face with our student’s innovative capacities during our hackathons and rushes. Join a hackathon or a rush hosted at 42. Recently, we have hosted hackathons with companies such as HSHacks, TinoHacks, BaseHacks, SiliconHacks, CodeDay, and more.

Real-World Projects

Completely integrated into 42’s curriculum, students engage with real-world dilemmas and engage in coding and subsequently in its troubleshooting during their academic projects. We welcome companies to meet with us and create long-term association projects which offer our students real technical challenges and areas for unique application of the skills sourced from our crack team of coders and developers. These projects are exclusively centered around computer programming and/or configuration. A couple examples of pedagogical projects from the past were the “installation and configuration” for Docker or “2 weeks to learn the basics of the ‘Go’ programming language.”

Workshops

In support of our hands-on approach to learning, we connect with companies, organizations, and individuals to host workshops on various topics. These workshops, which focus on the personal development of our students outside the scope of programming, help equip them with social and communications skills, networking skills, and some of the tools necessary to obtain internships and/or employment possibilities. Past participants have led workshops on résumé creation/enhancement, interview simulations, seminars on how to make your network work for you, how to use social networks, etc.
